Entertainment Committee:  The Entertainment Committee Members will be responsible for the solicitation and confirmation of all acts performing at the Ghana Parade.  This includes all performing acts that will participate in the parade procession as well as all performances for the post-parade festival. The Entertainment Committee will create in writing a program, which will include the schedule of performances before the parade date.  The Committee Co-Chairs will also direct the execution of performances on parade day.

Cultural Committee:  The Cultural Committee is responsible for the expression of the cultural celebration aspect of the parade.   The Cultural Committee will define and ensure that various aspects of Ghanaian culture are represented.  Cultural Committee members will research as many Ghanaian organizations and churches nationwide and solicit their participation in the Ghana Parade.  Members will also attend various local cultural organizations and church meetings in order to inform the Ghanaian community and to encourage involvement.

Sponsorship/Fundraising Committee:  The Sponsorship/Fundraising Committee is comprised into two parts. The Sponsorship Committee handles and secures all sponsorship from corporate and local businesses. This committee creates sponsorships packets and works to solicit and secure funding for the parade. The Fundraising Committee works in conjunction with the other NGPC committees to provide innovative ways to fundraise for the parade.

Parade Logistics CommitteeThe Parade Logistics Committee handles all parade logistics to include but not limited to securing of volunteers, coordinating flow of parade, and ordering supplies. This Committee assists with the day to day tasks of securing of venue, permits, stage, lighting, security, sound, and groups through the supervision of the National Ghana Parade Council Executive Board.

Community Affairs Committee:  Will help build and sustain a partnership with community organizations.  Additionally, the committee will ensure credible public engagement of NGPC through fostering relationships with local elected officials, public agencies, and other affiliate agencies to gain support, funding, and other resources. 

Public Relations Committee:  Will promote NGPC through communicating the vision and mission of the organization to the community at large. Additionally, the committee will increase the visibility of NGPC and the parade through concentration on branding.  Duties also include mobilizing public support.
